start on the balls of the feet with one foot in front of the other, scrape the front foot backwards and into the air while at the same time scraping the back foot forwards and into the air, then spank the foot in front and brush the foot in back at the same time and land where you started
Tip: To make sure the foot scraping backwards doesn’t do a pullback, point that toe as it scrapes.
